Hello, my name is Daniel. I am a dedicated personal trainer with over 20 years of experience.

I provide online & outdoor personal training sessions. My outdoor sessions cover Molesey, Esher, Walton on Thames, Weybridge, & the surrounding areas.

Whether it's a park, garden, or small open space, they can all be utilised to provide a very effective outdoor or online workout.

Exercising in the outdoors has many benefits, including, deeply inhaling fresh air, absorbing direct sunlight, stress relief, & improved sleep.
