A Little Bit About Me
My journey towards working in the fitness industry started after I sustained serious injuries from a car crash. To aid the process of recovering from my injuries, I started going to the gym. After a lot of trial & error with how to get the most productive results from the time I spent exercising, I began to study & practice effective ways to strengthen & heal my body.
During this time I'd give advice & tips to my friends & colleagues who were looking to improve their fitness. I was asked if I had considered working as a personal trainer as I was great at advising people on what to do & I clearly enjoyed helping others to achieve their fitness goals effectively. Without a second thought I promptly changed my career to being a personal trainer & have never looked back.
I love being in a role where I am in a position to give something back from what I have learned. It is my dream job helping people work towards their health & fitness aspirations.
I try to make, what can be, the often challenging task of exercising as enjoyable as possible. It's always better if a challenge is at least somewhat pleasurable, along with being rewarding & beneficial.
Beyond general fitness training, I have qualifications in strength & conditioning, nutrition & weight management, boxing coaching, & postural analysis & corrective exercise.
